WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO 2009 (WHO ISN'T), WITH OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY AND NEW WESTMINSTER CELEBRATING IT'S 150TH BIRTHDAY (NEW WESTMINSTER WAS THE CAPITAL OF BRITISH COLUMBIA FROM 1859 - 1866).

We’re adding some new specialty cruises to our schedule including St. Patrick's Day, Easter Sunday Brunch and we'll be travelling to Harrison Hot Springs this year again. Harrison Hot Springs is celebrating it's 60th anniversary of it's incorporation.

We've also made some changes to our regularly scheduled cruises as well, now all cruises have meals included and we're going to make them extra special to celebrate our anniversary.

STROLLER STRIDES Lulu Ladies & Babies powered by Stroller Strides is your one stop shop for all moms in Richmond. What you will find at Stroller Strides Richmond is fitness classes for moms at different stages of motherhood.

All of our instructors are certified BCRPA instructors specializing in pre/post natal fitness. Our prenatal classes feel more like personal training session as your progress is individually tracked and informative handouts are given out for each stage of your pregnancy. Once baby arrives, and you receive the green light at 6 weeks from your doctor, come join us at Stroller Strides. A one hour exercise class that you can do with your baby. We provide the resistance bands and combined with the great outdoors and some cardio creates a fantastic workout while entertaining your baby with song. We have classes daily and is a great way to get back in shape and meet some mums in your community. For those moms ready to kick it to the next level we have seasonal running clinics and Lean Mommy® a circuit class in a boot camp style which includes weekly weigh ins and measurements.
To support our moms and further moms’ social connections we have an extensive social group we have named the Lulu Ladies & Babies. The name comes from the great Island and community we live on. For the past seven years, Stroller Strides® has supported thousands of women through new motherhood with its postnatal mom-and-baby fitness program.

Like Stroller Strides®, Fit4Baby™ will offer a total body interval workout including strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises that can be completed in either an outdoor or indoor environment. During the one-hour class, exercises will be adjusted to accommodate clients’ various stages of pregnancy, and further education from instructors on each phase will help participants understand the bodily changes taking place, how to best care for themselves, and the preparation process for motherhood.

We are pleased to announce that Stroller Strides Prenatal Fitness Classes will be taught locally at South Arm Community Centre.

The Fit4Baby™ program called, Stroller Strides Prenatal in Canada, is based on the belief that women can and should remain active during a healthy pregnancy – and in doing so, reap the rewards of a more comfortable pregnancy, easier delivery and a healthier baby. Participants will be required to obtain their Physician’s Clearance in order to attend. We have enclosed this form to assist you in the referral process.
