Here we go again. joy and her partners Ashley and denise have been apart of the yoga scene in Steveston for a long time. They have a studio behind the restaurant Alegra. They are called Ikeela yoga. On a hunch i called and asked if they would be interested in opening up another studio in Fusion Fitness and guess what they were. They love the big bright yoga studio at fusion and Sept. 15th will be their grand opening. The studio will have every type of yoga there is including yoga for kids. Some of the yoga fusion fitness has will continue like Ninas very popular Monday night candle yoga and also her pre-natla. Alanna's killer power yoga at 6:15 on Wednesday nights and of course Kori's Sunday morning wake me up and feel great yoga. Penny who used to have Serendipity yoga also will be doing a few classes there. It will be a one stop shopping for your mind, body and spirit. Fusion fitness, that is me, will be concentrating on the reformer classes with 4 or less people in each class and the Cadillac classes which will be mostly one on one. These classes are all based on the method that our genius Joseph Pilates gave us. Anybody is welcome to come and take a peak and if there is space try it out to see what a miracle they truly are. Yes anybody can do it and how would u like to exercise and love it each and every time. We think this will be a perfect fit and hope our clients do as well. We welcome u all to come and have an awesome experience.
