Is a clinic that focuses on creating an environment of well-being and healing, with a group of highly qualified therapists at your disposal. We have Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, and Energy Mirrors Therapists.

To be able to further assist you on your road to wellness, we have expanded the centre to include Raise the Bar Rehab and Fitness Centre. After many years of patients coming to us for their aches and pains and then going out and re-injuring themselves while doing daily activities, and working out. We decided to provide a rehab and fitness facility that is directly linked to Turning Point.

The one feature that sets Raise the Bar apart from other facilities is the class size. We felt that keeping the classes small (min 2- max 10 depending on the class) allows the trainers to personalize the class according to your ability. Correct form and alignment will be addressed in every class.

Another feature is the classes have no on going drop in. If you want to try a class to see if it is for you that is possible. However we do ask that a commitment is made to the classes, this allows the trainer to move the class ahead in there fitness goals and the benefits are noticed when you consistently attend classes.

Having Raise the Bar right next door to the clinic allows us to be in direct contact with your trainer and let them know what your limitations are and areas that require strengthening, when you are a patient of Turning Point Wellness Centre. Please know that everyone is welcome and you do not need to be a client of Turning Point to enjoy the benefits of Raise the Bar.

Owner Cory Bretz recently announced a switch to fulltime production of family history movies, tribute videos, and weddings.
